To ensure your complete satisfaction, we’ve crafted a straightforward and customer-friendly exchange and return policy. This policy ensures a seamless experience for both you, our valued customer, and us, Mydigidive Store.
You may request an exchange in the following scenarios:
Activation Key Malfunctions: If the activation key you received isn’t working as expected, we’ll promptly provide you with a replacement.
Order Errors: If you accidentally selected the wrong version of a product, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct one. Please note that you will be responsible for any difference in product prices.
Our Mistake: Should we send you a product different from what you ordered, we will correct the error and send you the correct item at no extra charge.
Warranty Period: Products are only eligible for exchange within their respective warranty periods. Once expired, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns are possible under these conditions:
Replacement Failure: If we cannot provide a replacement, we will issue a full refund.
Used Activation Key: Products cannot be returned once the activation key has been used.
Customer Order Errors: If you make an ordering mistake, we’ll offer an exchange, but the product cannot be returned for a refund.
Adobe Products: Due to their nature, Adobe products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once your invitation is sent, if any issues arise with your email, Adobe-related problems will be resolved within 48 hours. However, no returns or email changes will be made.
Educational Software: Adobe and Autodesk programs are provided as invitations to academic or educational accounts. Once activated, these products are non-refundable. Please be aware that some companies in certain regions may restrict the use of educational versions for commercial purposes.
Subscription Cancellations: For subscription cancellations, we’ll calculate the remaining value after deducting the cost for the period used, based on the original (non-discounted) price of the program.
